How long does each workout take?
Most workouts take 3–5 minutes. Read the prompt, write a short reflection, receive your coach's response. The practice is designed for daily use — not extended sessions.
Is the AI coach actually reading what I write?
Yes. Your coach reads your actual reflection, not just a keyword. It also retains your session history — so responses grow more specific and personal over time as the coach learns how you think.
What is the diagnostic measuring?
