How TrustGym Works

One trust workout.
Every day. It compounds.

Your daily trust practice has three parts: a prompt, a reflection, a response from your coach. Three minutes. Every day. The practice builds on itself.

01
Pick a trust workout

Each day surfaces a fresh trust circuit, rotating through Strength, Cardio, and Flexibility, starting from your weakest dimension. Want more? Tap "Do More" to train all three.

02
Reflect in writing

Each trust prompt asks for a short written reflection: a real situation, a real relationship, a real moment. Not hypothetical. Not academic. The coach reads what you actually write.

03
Your coach responds

Your AI coach reads your trust session history and remembers past reflections. Responses get sharper and more specific over time — the coach genuinely learns how you think, where you grow, and where you hide.

The Trust Workouts

Three trust dimensions.
Limitless exercises.

Every trust workout is grounded in cross-cultural research from 62 nations. The AI generates fresh prompts each session — so the practice never repeats itself.

Reliability · The Hale Model
Strength
Reliability · Honesty · Accountability

Reliability trust workouts cover the hard stuff: difficult conversations, keeping your word, setting limits that protect relationships. Strength is about being someone people can trust, even when it's uncomfortable.

"Think of someone you've been avoiding a hard conversation with. What are you actually protecting? Them, or yourself?"
Presence · The Hale Model
Cardio
Presence · Empathy · Listening

Presence trust workouts train the connective tissue of trust: being fully there, noticing what's unsaid, showing up without an agenda. The relational work that holds everything together.

"In your last difficult conversation, when did you stop listening and start formulating your response instead?"
Adaptability · The Hale Model
Flexibility
Adaptability · Humility · Growth

Adaptability trust workouts build the willingness to update your view, admit when you're wrong, and stay curious instead of certain. Research shows this is one of the strongest trust signals across cultures.

"Name a belief about work or leadership you held five years ago that you no longer hold. What changed it?"

The Diagnostic

9 questions.
Your trust baseline.

Before you start your trust training, you understand where you are. The diagnostic is a 9-question scenario-based assessment built on cross-cultural research spanning 40+ countries. It measures your three trust dimensions — how you extend trust, how you repair it, and how you adapt it across contexts.

Your results shape your daily trust workout rotation, starting with your weakest dimension. The practice goes where you need it most.

You can retake the diagnostic anytime in Settings. As you train, your scores shift. The coach tracks the movement and reflects it back to you.

You've circled this pattern before. The person isn't the obstacle here. Your need to be seen as reliable is. What would it cost you to just tell them the truth?
Common Questions

What people ask
before they start.

Wait — is this a fitness app?
No. TrustGym uses the gym metaphor intentionally, because trust works like a muscle. But the workouts are reflective prompts, not physical exercise. Each session is a real-world scenario about how you build, repair, and tend to trust with the people around you.
What does a trust workout actually look like?
A scenario. A question. A moment to reflect on how you build or break trust with the people around you. You write a response — a few sentences or a few paragraphs — and your AI coach reads it and responds. That's the whole practice.
How long does each workout take?
Most trust workouts take 3–5 minutes. Read the prompt, write a short reflection, receive your coach's response. The practice is designed for daily use — not extended sessions.
Is the AI coach actually reading what I write?
Yes. Your coach reads your actual trust reflection, not just a keyword. It also retains your trust session history — so responses grow more specific and personal over time as the coach learns how you think.
What is the diagnostic measuring?
Your three trust dimensions, including how you extend trust, how you repair it when it breaks, and how you adapt it across cultural and relational contexts. Built on cross-cultural research spanning 40+ countries. Not a personality test — a practical baseline.
Can I use TrustGym with my team?
Yes. Community roundtable guides are included for bringing the practice to a team. Corporate team plans are in development — join the waitlist at thehaleconcept.com/products to be notified when they launch.
What's the connection to Hale?
TrustGym is the daily practice product of Hale. The same framework that underpins Hale's organizational consulting is the foundation of every trust workout.
Is my data private?
Your reflections are private and stored locally on your device. Trust session data used by your coach is not shared with third parties. Full privacy policy available in the app.
